The overall experience at the hotel had some highs and lows. On the positive side, the staff were exceptional in their service, with some individuals really standing out. The beach location was definitely a highlight, providing direct access to the beautiful oceanfront. However, management seemed unresponsive to issues that arose during our stay, which detracted from the overall experience. Also, the pool area allowed smoking, which made it less enjoyable, and the pool temperatures were uncomfortably cold.

The rooms were spacious, with a lovely ocean view, and included a mini fridge and two complimentary bottles of water daily. However, it was concerning that we experienced an issue with the door locks in our original room.

While many staff members, particularly in service roles like the bell hops and dining, were great, overall management was lacking. It felt like they weren't equipped to handle guest complaints effectively.

The hotel's location was beautiful, right on the beach which made it easy to enjoy ocean activities. However, it was far from the pier and other attractions, requiring a lengthy walk.

I had a mixed experience during my stay at the resort. On one hand, the beautiful beachfront location and some nice amenities were definitely highlights. On the other hand, I encountered several issues with room service and staff engagement, which dampened my overall enjoyment. While I appreciated the ocean view from my room, the limited attention to guest needs left a bit to be desired.
